Our next Butchery Demonstration will be on Saturday 18th February.Our Butcher will demonstrate how he prepares different cuts of our Gloucester Old Spot Pork.
We rear our own Gloucester Old Spot pigs and Aberdeen Angus cattle at Boycott farm with lamb and free-range chickens sourced locally. The grassland where the cattle graze uses minimum fertilizers and is extensively managed, ensuring the best in natural goodness for our animals and for you.

Fresh bacon
We are passionate about producing the highest quality meat that has been reared with care and had a good life so that the meat is always fresh and succulent. Our renowned sausages, burgers and black pudding are all prepared in the farm shop and we have a full butchery service, so you can choose the cuts of meat you require.
From steaks, mince, chicken breasts and lamb chops, to roasting joints, racks of lamb and free-range chickens, just let our Master Butcher know exactly what you want. We can also help with cooking and preparation instructions to make sure that you get the best from our products.
Our meat can always be pre-ordered for any occasion including Christmas and Easter.
